Landside Security Manager
Role Overview:
The LandSec Security Manager at ARGI ASD Landside Security oversees the security operations for landside areas of airports and facilities. This role involves developing security protocols, managing security personnel, and ensuring compliance with security regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures for landside areas.
- Oversee the daily operations of landside security, including access control, surveillance, and incident response.
- Manage and supervise landside security personnel, including supervisors and guards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards.
- Conduct security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with airport authorities, local law enforcement, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor security systems and technologies to ensure effectiveness.
- Prepare and present security reports to senior management.
- Provide training and development for security personnel.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of landside security regulations and best practices.
