SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS

International Team

Global Expertise for Local Execellence:

Our Intercontinental Team, composed of security experts with specialized knowledge in aviation, ports, mines, and facilities security, is the backbone of ARGI. These professionals possess the highest levels of expertise and certifications, having worked across various continents, including extensive experience in Africa and the Middle East. Their global experience ensures that we deliver top-tier security solutions while fostering local excellence through knowledge transfer and capacity building.

Roles and Responsibilities

Initial Control

When we take over a new operation, the International Team steps in to assume control and stabilize the situation. Their immediate presence ensures that all security measures and protocols are effectively implemented from the outset.

Training and Development

Over the course of 3-5 years, the International Team trains local personnel, transferring their skills and knowledge to bring them up to the required standards. This comprehensive training program is designed to build local capacity and ensure sustainable operations.

Transition

As local personnel become proficient and capable of managing operations independently, the International Team transitions out to new projects. This ensures continuous improvement and expansion, allowing ARGI to replicate its successful model across various regions.

Expertise

The International Team serves as subject matter experts at every level of the operation, from security to support functions. Their extensive knowledge and experience ensure that all aspects of the operation are managed to the highest standards.

Local Team

Our Local Team is comprised of individuals hired from the communities where we operate. We are dedicated to investing in local talent, providing comprehensive training and career development opportunities to transform them into security professionals. Roles and Responsibilities

Operational Roles

Local personnel are trained for various positions, including security professionals, K9 handlers, Private Security Detail (PSD) officers, logistics, human resources, finance, and other support roles. This comprehensive training ensures that they can perform effectively in their designated roles, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Career Development

Through ongoing training, education, and mentorship from the Intercontinental Team, local employees are equipped with the skills needed to excel in their roles. This continuous development fosters a culture of learning and growth, enabling local personnel to achieve professional excellence.

Leadership Opportunities

As they gain experience and expertise, local team members are prepared to take on leadership roles, managing operations with oversight from the Intercontinental Team. Sustainable Growth:

Build, Operate, Transfer (BOT)

Our Build, Operate, Transfer (BOT) model ensures that while we maintain the contracts, the operations gradually shift from being run by the Intercontinental Team to being managed locally, with intercontinental oversight to ensure consistency and quality. This model fosters sustainable growth by empowering local personnel to take full ownership of the operations, ensuring long-term success and stability in the communities where we operate.
