Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the IT and communications departments, ensuring efficient operation and effective support for all technological needs.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
- Manage IT budgets, resources, and projects.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Coordinate and support communication systems, including telephony and network services.

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate x-ray machines to inspect baggage, cargo, and other items.
- Identify and report potential security threats or prohibited items.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of x-ray equipment.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and equipment maintenance.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on the proper use of x-ray equipment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an X-ray Technician or similar role in aviation security.
- Strong understanding of x-ray technology and security protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.

Citizen Developer

The Citizen Developer at ARGI is responsible for creating business applications using low-code or no-code development platforms. This role includes designing, developing, and maintaining applications to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop applications using low-code/no-code platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications.
- Test and debug applications to ensure they meet business needs and function properly.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new applications.
- Maintain and update applications as needed to ensure continued functionality.
- Document application development processes and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through application development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in application development using low-code/no-code platforms.
