Human Resources Manager

Role Overview:

The Human Resources Manager at ARGI is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in developing a positive work environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop talent.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Handle employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or another HR Executive.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Human Resources Generalist

Role Overview:

The Human Resources Generalist at ARGI provides comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This position serves as a key point of contact for employees and management regarding HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or other HR position.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional HR training will be a plus.

Human Resources Specialist

Role Overview:

The Human Resources Specialist at ARGI focuses on specific HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, or benefits administration. This position requires expertise in a particular area of HR to ensure that specialized tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement employee training programs and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide counseling and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain HR records and compile reports from the database.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of a specific HR function (recruitment, employee relations, training, benefits, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional HR training or certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) will be a plus.
