Project Manager

Role Overview:

The Managing Director at ARGI ASD Project Management is the top executive responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project, ensuring its successful delivery in alignment with strategic goals. This role involves high-level planning, stakeholder management, and providing leadership to all project-related activities and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for project execution and delivery.
  • Oversee all project operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing direction and support to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, partners, and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and performance assessments.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the project teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Required Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP).

Operations Manager

This role involves managing terminal staff, coordinating with airlines and authorities, and ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee terminal operations, including security, passenger services, and facilities management.
  • Manage and supervise terminal staff, providing training and support.
  • Ensure compliance with terminal operational and security standards.
  • Coordinate with airlines, airport authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor terminal activities and implement improvements for efficiency.
  • Conduct regular assessments of terminal operations and security.
  • Prepare and present reports on terminal performance to senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or incidents that arise within terminal areas.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Terminal Manager or in a similar role.

Senior Aviation Security Manager (PMC)

Role Overview:

The Senior Aviation Security Manager (PMC) at ARGI ASD Project Management oversees the security operations at aviation facilities, including the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Compliance. This role ensures compliance with security regulations and standards and works closely with clients to ensure contract requirements are met and regulatory requirements are understood.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement aviation security policies and procedures.
  • Oversee security operations, including SOC, compliance, screening, access control, and surveillance.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation security regulations and standards.
  • Manage and supervise security personnel, including SOC and compliance teams, providing training and support.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Work with clients to ensure contract requirements are met and understood.
  • Communicate regulatory requirements to clients and ensure their understanding.
  • Coordinate with aviation authorities, airlines, and law enforcement agencies.
  • Monitor security systems and technologies to ensure effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present security reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Aviation Security Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation security regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
