Training Manager

Role Overview:

The Training Manager at ARGI ASD Security Training oversees the development and implementation of training programs for aviation security personnel. This role involves designing training curricula, managing training staff, and ensuring that all training programs meet regulatory and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for aviation security personnel.
  • Design training curricula that meet regulatory and industry standards.
  • Manage and supervise training staff, including instructors and coordinators.
  • Ensure all training programs comply with ICAO, IATA, and ACI standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of training programs.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development for training staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs.
  • Prepare and present reports on training activities and outcomes to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation security training regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Required Certifications: ICAO Certified Instructor, ICAO Certified Inspector, other aviation security training-related certifications.

AVSEC Training Instructor

Role Overview:

The Instructor at ARGI ASD Security Training is responsible for delivering training programs to aviation security personnel. This role involves conducting training sessions, evaluating trainee performance, and ensuring compliance with training standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training sessions for aviation security personnel.
  • Develop and update training materials and curricula.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry training standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities and trainee performance.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support for new hires.
  • Stay current with industry developments and update training programs accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and training staff to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Instructor or in a similar training role.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation security procedures and training best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Required Certifications: Certified National Instructor, On-the-Job Training Instructor, other aviation security training-related certifications.

Landside/Guard Training Instructor

Role Overview:

The LandSec Training Instructor at ARGI ASD Landside Security is responsible for delivering training programs specific to landside security operations. This role involves conducting training sessions, evaluating trainee performance, and ensuring compliance with landside security training standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training sessions for landside security personnel.
  • Develop and update training materials and curricula specific to landside security.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry training standards for landside security.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities and trainee performance.
