Initial Control
When we take over a new operation, the International Team steps in to assume control and stabilize the situation. Their immediate presence ensures that all security measures and protocols are effectively implemented from the outset.
Training and Development
Over the course of 3-5 years, the International Team trains local personnel, transferring their skills and knowledge to bring them up to the required standards. This comprehensive training program is designed to build local capacity and ensure sustainable operations.
Transition
As local personnel become proficient and capable of managing operations independently, the International Team transitions out to new projects. This ensures continuous improvement and expansion, allowing ARGI to replicate its successful model across various regions.
